Sometimes you may need to receive a manual invoice from us or wish to pay an order that failed via another payment method. Please note that failed orders made via Afterpay, Zippay, Zipmoney or Oxipay cannot use this feature. Due to the limitations of their systems a new order needs to be started within the website. Your original order will simply cancel automatically if unpaid.

If you do not know your password just select forgot password to have a new one emailed to you. Then see the video below. When this is complete you will receive a message confirming success or failure. Credit card failures can happen due to misinformation such as not putting in the correct billing address or other information require for the bank to verify and process your payment.
